SAFARI OVERVIEW:

This is a 6 days safari which will start to Serengeti National Park, then Ngorongoro Conservation Area and lastly extend this adventurous tour to Tarangire National Park for a game drive. With this safari package you will see different animal biodiversity, explore beautiful landscapes, scenic view of birds, big trees and shrimps, birds of prey, and so much more.

Day 1: (Arrival)

Arrive at Arusha city which will approximately be 1 hour drive from JRO (Kilimanjaro International Airport). Upon arrival at Arusha Region, you will have options to do some activities such as coffee tour, city tour, museum tour, local market tour, accommodation will be at Njiro Legacy hotel, Kibo Palace or Grand Melia Arusha Hotel.

Day 2: (Arusha to Serengeti)

Enjoy early morning breakfast from the hotel and meeting with the guide at (07:30h) for a drive to Serengeti national park via Ngorongoro Conservation Area route which is approximately 7 hours’ drive depending on traffic jam and weather condition followed by a half day game drive at Serengeti National Park. The park is famous as is one of the national parks that hosts the great migration of wildebeest and one of the largest national parks in Tanzania with an area of 14,763 square km, Serengeti is a home for an abundance of wildlife and is one of the few parks where you can spot the big 5 animals and many carnivores together with birds of prey.

Dinner and overnight stay will be at SUENOS DE AFRICA LUXURY CAMP, SERENA SERENGETI CAMP OR KIRURUMU UNDER CARVAN.

DAY 3: (Serengeti)

On this day after having a warm breakfast at (07:00h) you will be heading on the northern part of Serengeti for a full day game drive. During this time of the year by chance you may come across a wide group of wildebeest proceeding with their migration cycle. In the evening, you will be driven back to SUENOS DE AFRICA LUXURY CAMP, SERENA SERENGETI CAMP OR KIRURUMU UNDER CARVAN. for dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 4: (Serengeti)

On this day after having a warm breakfast at (07:00h) you will be heading on the northern part of Serengeti for a full day game drive. During this time of the year by chance you may come across a wide group of wildebeest proceeding with their migration cycle. In the evening, you will be driven back to SUENOS DE AFRICA LUXURY CAMP, SERENA SERENGETI CAMP OR KIRURUMU UNDER CARVAN for dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 5: (Serengeti to Ngorongoro)

Taking off after breakfast at (07:00h) you will have a morning game drive at Serengeti National Park where it will be easy to spot abundant group of animals especially predators such as lion, cheetah and leopards as they preferers to hunt in the cool of dawn and dusk. Then, you will head to Ngorongoro Conservation Area for dinner and overnight stay at EMBALAKAI AUTHENTIC CAMP, SERENA NGORONGORO CAMP OR GRAND MELIA NGORONGORO.

DAY 6: (Ngorongoro to Lake Eyasi)

After an early breakfast at (07:00h), collect your packed lunch boxes and descend to Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive. Ngorongoro crater is a deep volcanic crater with about 200kms across, 600 kms deep and 300sq kms in area, this caldera is a breathtaking natural wonder and it is listed as one of the 8^th Wonder of the World by UNESCO and listed as a protected area in world heritage site. Deep within the crater, enclosed by towering walls, you have a good chance of spotting, The Big 5‟: i.e Lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino and leopard. Within the Protected are they are villages of Maasai who are allowed to coexisted with animals under sanction rules by the Government.

In the late evening, transferred to the lodge, for dinner and overnight at MARERA VALLEY LODGE, LAKE EYASI SAFARI LODGE OR ZIWANI LODGE.

Day 7: Tarangire

Early after breakfast you will visit Tarangire National Park. The park is believed to have the largest elephant concentration in the world surrounded with large trunks of Baobab tree with more than 100 feet circumference. the park also has few Tree-climbing lions, leopards and pythons who frequently hide in the branches of sausage trees to get better view of their preys. Tarangire River flows through the park and becomes the only water source for thousands of migrating animals such as Zebras, elands, wildebeest, impalas, giraffes, gazelles, ostriches, flamingoes and elephants in the dry season. The mentioned facts about Tarangire Makes it one of the parks with high wildlife concentration in Tanzania. Later, in the afternoon you will have a picnic lunch break in the park then processed with a game drive and in the evening you will departure to Arusha (2 to 3 hours drive).

Overnight stay will be at NJIRO LEGACY HOTEL, KIBO PALACE HOTEL, GRAND MELIA ARUSHA.
