SAFARI OVERVIEW
This is a 10-day safari itinerary, the safari will start with a city tour at Dar es Salaam followed by a drive to Nyerere National Park for a nature boat safari and a game drive then to Mikumi National Park, Lastly, we make a stop at Ruaha National Park for another game drive before heading on the way back to Dar es Salaam city. With this safari package, you will see different animal biodiversity, explore beautiful landscapes, scenic views of birds, big trees and shrimps, birds of prey, different snakes, reptiles, bush walk to beautiful part of the park and so much more.
Day 1: (Arrival to Dar es Salaam)
Upon arrival at Mwalimu Nyerere International Airport, you will be warmly greeted by our representative, who will assist with your transfer to the hotel. In the evening, another representative from our office will meet you at the hotel to provide a detailed briefing on the itinerary and activities planned for the rest of the tour, ensuring you are well-prepared for the exciting days ahead. Accommodation will be at HOTEL BLUE SAPPHIRE, SEA CLIFF HOTEL, SERENA HOTEL, ONOMO HOTEL, TIFFINY DIAMOND, AND GOLDEN TULIP HOTEL.
Day 2: Dar City Tour
Early After breakfast you will have a tour around this business city, visit some of the famous city mark such as Mlimani City Mall, relaxing at the Beach since the city is at the coastal area with a lot of beautiful beaches and visit Local Markets (Kariakoo Market), historical National Museum. also experience the nightlife of Dar es Salaam city as it the busiest city in Tanzania especially at the night. Accommodation will be at HOTEL BLUE SAPPHIRE, SEA CLIFF HOTEL, SERENA HOTEL, ONOMO HOTEL, TIFFINY DIAMOND, AND GOLDEN TULIP HOTEL.
Day 3: Drive to Nyerere National Park
Early after breakfast at 8:00 am, you’ll be picked up from your hotel, and then driven to Nyerere National Park for an evening boat safari.
You will have a picnic lunch on the way and continue with a drive to the most unexplored and untouched areas in Tanzania. Late In the afternoon, embark on a boat safari along the mighty Rufiji River, where you’ll come in contact with hippos and crocodiles in their natural habitat, Crocodiles glide into the water as your boat approaches, and hippos appear in frightening proximity, grunting and blowing steam.

Day 4: Nyerere National Park
After breakfast from the camp, you’ll have a morning bush walk and another enjoyable safari at Nyerere National Park looking for animals along the Great Rufiji River and throughout the park.
Nyerere National Park is home to a large population of elephants, a large number of buffalos, and wild dogs. Other species commonly seen are lions, bushbucks, impalas, giraffes, elands, baboons, zebras, kudus, and crocodiles.

Day 5: Drive to Mikumi National Park
Pick up from the Hotel then drive to Mikumi for Game drive at Mikumi National Park and drive along Mkata River.
Mikumi National Park was established in 1964, it is the fourth largest park in the country covering an area of 3,230 sq. Kms. The Mkata River floodplain is an attractive point of the park where you can easily spot a large number of animals including elephants, buffalos, zebras, giraffes, wild dogs, and impalas, and spot a rich number of bird species. It is 283 km from Dar es Salaam city via the Morogoro route which takes approximately a 4–5-hour drive making Mikumi a popular option for weekend visitors from the city, or for business visitors with limited time for Safari.

Day 6: Mikumi National Park to Ruaha
Drive to Ruaha for an evening safari overnight at Ruaha River Lodge.
Early in the morning after having a delicious breakfast, you will drive towards Ruaha National Park. On the way you may have already had the chance to see some giraffes, elephant or some antelopes that are wandering outside the park. After the formalities to be carried out at the gate, you will start your driving crossing the Ruaha River to see its Hippos, Crocs, elephants, hunting predictors, various water birds and so much more.

Day 7: Ruaha National Park
Another enjoyable safari day at Ruaha National Park looking for animals along the Great Ruaha River and throughout the park.
Ruaha National Park Being the second Largest Park in Tanzania with 20,226 km2 which covers vast population of Wildlife. The main character of this park is the great Ruaha river with a length of 475km attracting large number of animals especially during dry season. The river provides life to the park, as it flows through the eastern side of the park and is home to hippos, crocodiles and the bird count is over 400 species of birds such as Racket Tailed Roller, Pale billed Hornbill, Shelley’s Sunbird and Hoopoes. Ruaha providing home to one of Tanzania’s largest elephant populations, famous for pride of lions, giraffe, grant’s gazelles, Leopard, Cheetah, Zebra, Giraffe, Buffalos etc. and rare or endangered animals such as Sable Antelope, Greater Kudu & Roan Antelope.

Day 8: Ruaha National Park
There is no such thing as too many days in Ruaha national park so on this day you will have another enjoyable safari at Ruaha National Park looking for animals along the Great Ruaha River and throughout the park. A picnic set on your lunch break in the park then later on you will drive back to the camp for dinner and overnightDinner and overnight at RUAHA HILLTOP LODGE AND RUAHA RIVER LODGE
Day 9: Ruaha – Dar es Salaam
After breakfast, you’ll embark on a scenic drive back to your hotel for a drop-off. On this final day of your safari adventure, you will enjoy the journey as you head back to Dar Es Salaam, where you’ll be comfortably dropped off at your hotel, marking the end of your trip. Accommodation will be at SEA CLIFF HOTEL, SERENA HOTEL, HOTEL BLUE SAPPHIRE, ONOMO HOTEL, TIFFINY DIAMOND AND GOLDEN TULIP HOTEL
Day 10: Departure
This is the departure day, as you wait for the time as scheduled you have an option to tour around the city and collect some gifts from souvenir shops, then transfer to the Airport for a flight to your next adventure or back home.
